Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to help us grow our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and communication.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Actively search for new leads and potential clients (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, events)
Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations
Understand client needs and tailor service proposals accordingly
Manage and update CRM, send follow-ups and proposals
Collaborate closely with project managers and marketing team
✅ What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales (experience in IT or digital services is a big plus)
Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Organized and self-motivated, able to manage leads and follow-ups independently
A goal-oriented mindset — you care about closing deals, not just talking
